WELBRO will be providing construction management services for a new replacement elementary school for Tomoka Elementary in Volusia County. The size of the new school is anticipated to be approximately 97,000 square feet with approximately 750 – 800 student stations. New buildings will be constructed to meet High Performance Criteria. The school will be built on an existing campus.
