How do I get on WELBRO’s bid list?

Subcontractors and vendors are encouraged to complete WELBRO’s Subcontractor/Vendor profile in order to be entered into our database of bidders.  Although not necessary for bidding our projects, it is highly encouraged that you pay particular attention to WELBRO’s insurance and drug-free workplace requirements as listed in the profile as they could affect your bid.  No contracts will be issued without completion of the profile.  Profiles should be sent to purchasing@welbro.com.

How do I bid on WELBRO’s projects?

All bid opportunities are listed on WELBRO’s website under Bid Room .  Scopes of work are listed for each project, be sure your trade is included before requesting to bid on a project.  Under Bid Room select the project you are interested in and respond by clicking on “Bid on this Project.”  You will be asked for your contact information.  Please provide email address as all communication is shared via email.

How will I know when the position has been filled?

Positions are posted on an ongoing basis as they become available.  Likewise, they are taken down immediately after the position is filled.  Please check back with our employment opportunities page periodically.

I’m trying to login to Sharefile but do not know my login or password.

Career Questions

What is the best way to submit my resume?

Once you have found the position, click on the button “apply online” and begin the application process. You must complete all areas of the application, including the cover letter and resume areas, which you can choose to paste the text into, or attach a document file. When finished, click on “submit resume” at the bottom right of the page.

How will I know that my application has been successfully completed and received?

You will immediately receive a “Confirmation” page confirming receipt of your application.

How will I know when the position has been filled?

Do you hire students?

We offer paid internships for those students enrolled in four-year universities during the summer months and less often during fall and spring semesters. Please submit an application in the appropriate area on the Employment Opportunities page or fax to 407-475-0801.

For students in two-year programs, we offer paid internships and full-time work in our craft workforce called “TeamWorks.” Please submit an application in the appropriate area on the Current Employment Opportunities page or fax to our Main Office at 407-475-0801.

What type of document file can I attach as a resume?

Files that are able to be uploaded include: .doc, .pdf, .rtf, .txt, .docx (Word, PDF, rich text file, text file, latest Word files).

What happens next? Will I hear back from someone?

Your information will be reviewed by a staff member within 10 days if you are applying for an opening that is posted.  If applying for a position that is not posted, it could take up to three weeks.  Due to the high volume of applications, we regretfully are unable to verify receipt via phone or notify you when the position has been filled.  You will hear back from a staff member if more information is required.
