This project consists of 3 tilt-wall warehouses totaling 128,158 SF, which is located directly north of our recently completed project – Perimeter Park West Phase 1. These buildings will include tilt-up walls with conventional steel and TPO roofing, dock positions with some to have dock levelers, employee parking areas, and retention ponds.
