WELBRO Building Corporation provided construction management services for this 40,000-square-foot community building that offers a variety of amenities to the residents of the Davenport area. The new facility has two gymnasiums with a concession stand, a banquet hall that seats 400, a fitness center, a computer room, and an arts and craft room. Construction consisted of a pre-engineered metal building that we applied both stucco and stone veneer to transform the look of.
