WELBRO Special Services Group renovated existing spaces at Seminole State College’s Public Safety Campus including the replacement of two existing fire hydrants. The main points of this renovation included:
• Renovation of the mechanical system and addition/modification of plumbing and electrical for the installation of a new extractor
• New mechanical system, replacement of doors, addition of windows, new lighting, and new radio/speaking system
• Replacement of existing roof and addition of custom metal railings
• New stairs, lighting. electrical, trench drain, doors, lightning protection, coping, gutters, and custom metal rappelling edge to burn to building
