WELBRO renovated an existing Toys R Us store in the St. Johns Town Center Plaza in Jacksonville. Construction started in March and completed the renovation in September. Conversion includes a 55,000 sf furniture show room including adult, kids, and patio sales areas. The project also included minor exterior façade improvements.
