Perimeter Park West Phase 1 consists of site work on 33 acres to support three tilt-wall buildings totaling 173,083 SF. A large segment of the project is an RV storage facility with 91,656 SF of covered canopy RV storage and office support buildings. Site work scope includes a 3-tier retaining wall and utilities that support phase 1 and forthcoming 180,000 SF phase two. The tilt-wall warehouses are designed to support ambient or air-conditioned storage requirements.
