WELBRO provided Construction Management At-Risk services for this new replacement prototypical elementary school in Lake County. The Mascotte Elementary Charter School project consisted of one (1) two-story building with 122,335 gross square feet and 1,150 student stations. The type of construction consists of structural masonry with cavity space and brick exterior and low slope modified bitumen roof system. The project also included significant site construction consisting of the drainage improvements, bus loop, parent drives, services drive, play fields, play courts, and parking.
