WELBRO provided general contracting services at the Marriott Oceana Palms Resort. Phase II project scope included the construction of a 19-floor west tower consisting of 193,000 square feet, 78 units, 5 parking levels, 1st level offices and amenities. It also included construction of a porte-cochere connecting the existing east tower to the new west tower. Phase III consists of the renovation portions of the east tower to accommodate six (6) timeshare units.
