WELBRO is currently renovating the current Three Meal Restaurant into a Sports Bar and Outdoor Biergarten, including 8,900 SF of interior renovations and 8,400 SF of exterior renovations. The scope of this project includes new tile flooring; buffet, main bar, private dining, and Biergarten bar millwork; glazing systems including nana walls and vertical lift door; acoustical wood baffles; lighting and TV walls, as well as new storm drainage, horizontal and vertical hardscape, landscape, firepit, covered Biergarten bar, and string lighting.
