WELBRO Building Corporation provided Construction Management at Risk Services for the Hamlin Middle School. This project consisted of the reuse of a multi-story prototype middle school on a new 20.98-acre site. Hamlin Middle construction activities include the tilt up concrete exterior wall panels for the new multi-story prototype school building which is approximately 186,015 square-feet with 1,348 student stations. This school will include the following spaces: administration, classrooms, media center, CCTV, teaching spaces, food service area, music, gymnasium, and science labs.
