The Foundry Largo project consists of demolishing existing metal buildings and constructing a new shell warehouse buildings (122,160 SF) on 8.2 acres located at corner of 62nd Street and 150th Ave in the unincorporated of Clearwater, FL. The site once was a nursery. Site features include two ponds, updated parking, utilities, landscaping and complete sitework to accommodate the new building.
