This project consisted of an interior Renovation of Fiorenzo Italian Steakhouse located inside the Hyatt Regency Orlando. Remodeling space to update current styles and client needs. This includes hot and cold buffet tables that convert to high top tables at night. An omelet station that converts into a bar at night. Converting an unused space to the lounge/host area for the restaurant. Renovating the existing lobby bar to match the newly renovated Marketplace and Fiorenzo.
