WELBRO has started construction for the new Compass by Margaritaville in Flagler Beach. The project consists of three stories, approximately 69,500 SF of hotel containing 100 guest units, guest amenities (pool, fitness room, meeting room) restaurant, an indoor/outdoor bar, and a rooftop terrace.
