Osceola County Conference Center Completed

On December 27, 2012, the Osceola County Conference Center at ChampionsGate was completed and turned over to the Omni Hotel at ChampionsGate. Attached to the Omni via an exterior walkway, the conference center is part of an on-going master plan between RIDA Development and Osceola County to develop this portion of this county.

The conference center is a 56,000 square footage facility consisting of a large exhibit hall (that can be divided into several meeting areas), eight meeting rooms, public restrooms, prefunction and back of house areas. Interest in the conference center has been overwhelming with it being used virtually non-stop since the turn-over date!

This is our sixth project completed with RIDA Development—the ChampionsGate Golf Clubhouse being the first in 2001. Since then, we’ve successfully turned over the ChampionsGate Office Building, the Omni Resort of ChampionsGate, the Villas at ChampionsGate, the Orlando Hilton and Convention Center, and is currently performing preconstruction services on the Hampton Inn at ChampionsGate.
