The property consists of 334 rooms and public areas within two buildings; the Lanai Building and the Atrium Building along with public areas and pool deck. The schedule was very aggressive with a minimum of 8 rooms completed per day.
The project was completed in phases and included guest room renovations and exterior work including awning removal and minor EIFS patching, cleaning and painting of the EIFS and facade and caulking, cleaning, minor patching and painting of the exterior walkways and restoration of the stair wells in the Lanai Building and public area repositioning and renovation, exterior painting and pool deck renovations within the Atrium Building.
