Westminster Winter Park ALF 2nd Floor Dining & 3rd Floor Nurse Station Renovations

The scope of work will include selective demolition, standing and running trim, millwork, solid surface tops, caulking and sealants, doors and hardware, gypsum board partitions, hard wall & floor tile, carpet (labor & materials), acoustical and gypsum board ceilings, painting and wallcoverings, specialties, fire protection specialties, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and low voltage systems.

There will be a site walk on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 3:00pm (date subject to change). We will meeting in the parking lot and tour the facility as a group.

There is not a specification book for this project.  All required specifications are provided on the drawings.

While bids may be accepted from all interested parties, prequalification of subcontractors with WELBRO is required for selection and contracting of all work, for all WELBRO projects. As we review bids and prepare a short list of subs for the project, WELBRO will notify you of any missing prequalification information.
