| Details: WELBRO Building Corporation in conjunction with Broadmoor, LLC have been selected as the Construction Manager for the new Orlando W Hotel Project. This project includes a new 20-story, 400,000 square foot W Brand hotel with 400 guestrooms, meeting facilities, two restaurants and two rooftop amenity decks and pools. Additionally, the project includes a 670-space parking garage and a 2,500-seat standalone music venue.
