| Details: WELBRO Building Corporation is soliciting bids for the modifications to a new shell building and tenant build out to become a fully operational distribution center for O’Reilly Auto parts. There are over 36,000 SF of employee welfare, retail store and office build out areas, a large hazardous materials storage area and upfit of the warehouse space coordinated with O’Reilly racking vendor. The project is in permitting and owner furnished materials inclusive of long lead item RTU and electrical gear are ordered to allow for the scheduled start and finish dates noted. There are extensive MEP scopes coordinated with material handling equipment, building automation and energy management. | |||
