| Details: WELBRO Building Corporation is soliciting qualified subcontractors, vendors, and certified M/WBE for OCPS Site 47-E-W-4 Elementary School Relief Project. The project consists of a two story tilt wall and structural steel elementary school prototype on 15 acre greenfield site. Scope of work includes complete site, concrete, millwork, electrical, plumbing, roofing, curtainwall/window/glazing, waterproofing/sealants, HVAC, low voltage, metal framing/drywall, finishes, playgrounds, athletic courts, canopies, landscape/irrigation, elevators and other required scopes of work for a complete new greenfield educational facility for Orange County Public Schools. | |||
