| Details: WELBRO Building Corporation is soliciting bids from qualified subcontractors, vendors, and certified M/WBE for the Lake Sumter State College – Cagan Crossings Renovation Project. This project includes interior renovation of roughly 5,384 SF of existing retail space into a new educational facility. The scope generally consists of selective demolition, concrete patching, miscellaneous metals, plastic laminate millwork, solid surface tops, caulking & sealants, doors, frames and hardware, interior aluminum storefront, borrow light glass, gypsum board assemblies, tile, carpet, resilient flooring, painting, acoustical tile ceilings, toilet partitions, toilet specialties, fire protection specialties, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Low Voltage Systems. | |||
