| Details: WELBRO Building Corporation is soliciting bids for the Aktion Parks Orlando Watersports Complex located off the Beachline Expressway (528) in Orlando, Florida. This project is a building expansion and renovation to existing Watersports Complex. Includes new parking areas, additional building sections, new roofing, EFIS structure, and interior & MEP renovations to existing building. This project was previously sent out for budget pricing with design development drawings dated 2/2/22 and was due on 4/21/22. Please review the attached construction set of drawings, dated 6/15/22 and provide pricing. If a budget price was previously provided, please revise pricing based off the new drawings, specs, updated market conditions, etc. Please also refer to the specification book for your pricing. | |||
