Wyndham's flagship resort, located adjacent to Downtown Disney, will ultimately consist of 1,596 timeshare unites. Currently Phases 1, 2 and 3 have been completed which included Towers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and the Village Center. In total 849 units have been brought on line. Also integrated in these three phases are the amenities which include (3) pools, (2) lazy rivers, (2) bar and grills, miniature golf course, shuffle board court, volleyball court, floating dock and a Spanish Colonial style theme with a fort, arbor wall, sea wall and escudos restaurant. Phase 3 also included a 4-story Parking Garage, Maintenance Building and expansion of the Village Center.
Phase 4 included a 6-story Parking Garage and a19-story building (Tower 6). Tower 6 includes 300 units. A full themed amenities package with a pool, lazy river and restaurant are also included in this phase.
Phase 5 was recently completed and consists of two (17) story towers comprising of 447 units, a parking garage and full amenity package.
