The first phase of this three-phase project included
eight, four-story timeshare buildings consisting of 232 units, one recreational
building and a maintenance building. The
recreational building consists of an indoor and outdoor pool, game room and an
exercise room with sauna. Phase II
consisted of two buildings with 48 units, and Phase III
included ten buildings with 240 units.
