WELBRO provided the general contracting services for
the construction of this 3-story, 80-unit hotel. The structural system was load
bearing masonry walls with hollow core slabs.
Approximate building size is 50,600 sq. ft. Work also included the
construction of civil/site work, pool, gazebo, hardscape, landscape and
irrigation.
