Poinciana High School Gym/Cafeteria Restoration

WELBRO provided Construction Management At Risk Services for this project consisting of hurricane damage repairs and renovations to Building D which contains the cafeteria, gymnasium, athletic training and locker rooms.  The building is a 52,000 sq. ft., single story structure originally constructed in 1992. A complete renovation of the mechanical and electrical systems was required due to hurricane damage and the requirement to make the new repairs compliant with new codes.  All interior finishes and equipment are scheduled to be replaced due to weather damage and exposure to the elements after the storm.
