WELBRO and our joint venture
partner provided CM At-Risk services for this high profile project which
consisted of phased renovations to the entire 300,000 sq. ft. campus.
Phase I consisted of relocating the bus loop and parking lots,
construction of a new multi-purpose athletic facility, and construction of a
new 45,000 sq. ft. state of the art Performing Arts facility to house all
drama, band and choral programs.
Phase II consisted of the conversion and re-engineering of the old
single story band, choral and auditorium spaces into a new 2-story structure to
expand an array of different classroom spaces.
Phase III entailed
upgrading the rest of the campus to conform to current building codes,
including new functional HVAC, voice, data, and other technology upgrades; new
ceilings, fire sprinklers, paint, millwork,flooring, hardscape and landscape.
