WELBRO provided Construction Management services for two dormitory facilities containing approximately 75 beds in each building, with related infrastructure and water management components. The Dormitory design consists of approximately 35,000 to 40,000 sq. ft. of total space. The facility has separate coed dormitory housing with shared common areas including worship space, lobby, kitchenette and storage. The dormitories were constructed first with the plan in mind for future development to expand and update the existing school campus.
