WELBRO and our joint venture
partner provided Construction Management At-Risk Services for this new magnet
high school for Seminole County Public Schools. The former facility underwent
extensive renovations and a new 83,300 sq. ft. Information Technology Magnet
High School was built on an occupied campus without affecting the program or
any part of the learning environment. Using the Castaldi formula, the existing 16,200 sq. ft. gymnasium was
determined to be adequate for renovation purposes.
