WELBRO and our alliance partner provided At-Risk Construction Management services for the construction of this new building. The primary goal of the Engineering Building II is to provide adequate space for the teaching and research programs of the College of Engineering. The new building houses the Departments of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Industrial Engineering and Management Systems. The 100,688 sq. ft. building is a high tech, state-of-the-art facility and includes research labs, teaching labs, classrooms, offices and academic support for the College of Engineering at the University of Central Florida.
