WELBRO and our alliance partner provided At-Risk Construction Management services for the construction of this new, 60,000 sq. ft. building which houses three primary users: The National Center for Forensic Science (NCFS), components of the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) and the UCF Center for Public Safety, Forensic Science and Security.

The facility provides state-of-the-art technology for simulation and professional training and is comprised of classrooms, administrative facilities and wet and dry laboratories to facilitate advanced research and education processes.
