WELBRO and our design partners, SchenkelShultz, provided design/build services for this three-story addition to the north side of the existing CREOL building that adds 21,000 sq. ft. of laboratory and office space. This new space also provides space for a small business incubator and space for partner companies to work side-by-side with our faculty and students with access to state-of-the-art R&D equipment and facilities. The expansion is located on the UCF campus, attached to the existing CREOL building within the 1,200-foot radius of the academic core.
