WELBRO’s original contract was to
design and construct the building shell of this 3-story, 45,000 sq. ft. office
building. However, after start of
construction, the Owner decided to finish the building fully designed and
constructed for their use.
The design/build facility houses the operations of
Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc. The
interior fit out of the building is high quality and reflects the quality of
Marriott’s timeshare properties. The
facility is adjacent to Marriott’s Grande Vista Development in Orlando.
