This three-story, 40,000 sq. ft. tilt-wall, multi-tenant, Class A office building was the first office to be built in ChampionsGate, a planned new community that is being marketed as “the ultimate golfing resort.”
WELBRO completed tenant build-out services for, among others, the community developer and the golf course operator who both have offices in the building.
WELBRO has developed a long-term relationship with RIDA Development. It lead to the construction of the 733-room Omni Resort at ChampionsGate.
