WELBRO Building Corporation provided general contracting services for this luxury condominium/hotel which is located ten minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World. The structure is five stories tall with a total of 57 two- and three- bedroom mix condominium units and a lavish three-bedroom penthouse on the 5th floor. Scope of work is inclusive of the sitework, parking lot, pool area, hardscape and landscape associated with Building I.
Villa homes features: European kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, marble-clad baths with Roman tubs, spacious layouts, and balconies with golf course and water views. Owners will be able to use their residences whenever they wish or place them in the rental management program to generate revenue as condo hotel units.
