On May 13 th the Orlando Business Journal announced the 2005 Best Places to Work in Central Florida. Organized by the Orlando Business Journal and QMR Market Research, company employees were able to go online and complete a survey based on team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust in senior leadership, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices.

Companies were then ranked based solely on the employee feedback. WELBRO Building Corporation scored 90.53 making them the #1 company in the Large Company Category of 100 – 300 employees.
