WELBRO’s TEAMWORKS Division was established in 1996 to provide a stable skilled labor force with centralized management and coordination for WELBRO’s craft employees. All craft labor was consolidated under focused supervision as a means of stabilizing the workforce and increasing efficiency. The net result being a productive workforce that WELBRO can depend on while providing enhanced job training and career opportunities for it’s craft workforce.
