WELBRO Management, Inc.: WELBRO Management, Inc. brings to the private and public sectors the management resources to program, develop, manage and implement facility programs as an alternative to using an in-house team. As the Owner’s Representative or Construction Manager, WMI becomes as extension of the Owner’s organization. WELBRO Management, Inc. also provides property acquisition and repositioning analyses, due diligence management, project management and construction management expertise to the table. WMI also participates in selective JV development opportunities.
