WELBRO staff
has specific CM expertise in developing accurate cost estimates for site
development, building structure and envelope, interior construction and
specialties, mechanical/plumbing/fire protection, and electrical/electronic
systems.
WELBRO uses computerized MC2,
PayDirt and custom spreadsheet systems as estimating tools. All cost files are stored on a central file
server and are accessible from our office and jobsites. A central database of historical costs is
maintained and continually updated.
