WELBRO provided general contracting services for this
12-story, 313,000 sq. ft. new hotel which is being built adjacent to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The hotel has 404 guest rooms, a 250-seat
restaurant, a 3,879 sq. ft. lounge, an indoor pool, an exercise room, a
two-level concierge floor and a presidential suite. A new 105,000 sq. ft., 6-story attached
parking garage was also built as part of this contract.
