The Hyatt Regency Hotel is an existing 1,200-room, 27-story, 1,250,000 square foot facility designed and constructed in the mid-1970's as a full service hotel and convention meeting facility. The hotel facility was severly damaged by hurricane Katrina in August of 2005 and has been out of service since that date.
WELBRO and our local JV partner, Donahue/Favret, completed a total renovation of the property in October 2011.
