Elementary School
project, located in the Orange
County Public
School district. The
project consisted of construction of a 95,258 sq. ft., two story tilt-panel
building, on a 12.2 acre campus. The scope of work included remediation of
arsenic contaminated soil; site work, playground equipment, concrete work,
masonry, structural steel, doors/frames/hardware, windows and curtain wall,
membrane and metal roofing, finishes, specialties, aluminum walkway canopy,
operable partitions, projection screens, food service equipment, kiln,
modular/PL casework, window treatments, elevator, fire protection, HVAC,
plumbing, and electrical.
