Management At Risk Services for this project consisting of renovations and
additions to the existing Bonneville
Elementary School campus
to bring it to Orange
County Public
School’s prototype standards and eliminate
existing Life Safety/Fire deficiencies. Project included demolition; site work; landscaping; renovation of
existing and construction of new parking areas; 75,200 sq. ft. of new building
additions; and new underground utilities. The work also includes interior demolition and remodeling of selected
existing campus buildings, including the replacement of mechanical, electrical,
and plumbing systems and roof renovations.
