WELBRO and our joint venture
partner provided Construction Management At-Risk services for the renovations
and new construction to this high school.
The first phase site improvements
and renovations included 350 new parking spaces, development of a new retention
pond area, redesign and relocation of existing sports fields, realignment of
the school entrance and student drop off areas.
The second phase consisted of a new
45,000 sq. ft., 2-story masonry and brick structure housing a media center,
band and choral and admin spaces, and a new 24,000 sq. ft. gymnasium with
pertinent locker rooms and weight training facilities.
