WELBRO provided construction management services for this new Culinary Arts and Conferencing Center. The project consists of 13,768 sq. ft. of indoor space and 7,768 sq. ft of outdoor terraces. This new building contains an architectural studio, a commercial kitchen for the culinary program, a 40-seat executive dining room and a 320-set assemble area. This is Valencia's second LEED certified (gold) building.
