WELBRO provided construction management services for the new 92,000 sq. ft. Science and Health Services Facility. The program includes a major dental hygiene component as well as radiography, EMS, biology/chemistry labs, and cardiovascular technology.
This project was also designed and constructed under the guidelines of LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) and is targeting certification at the silver level at this time. WELBRO has been at the forefront of LEED® Development by being involved and as members of USGBC nationally and at the local level here in Central Florida as well as having employees trained and accredited by USGBC.
