WELBRO Building Corporation
constructed the Clubhouse and golf course for the Rosen Shingle Creek
Resort. The clubhouse project is a
two-story building, 22,400 s.f. Containing the Pro Shop, locker rooms, meeting
facilities, future kitchen space and the offices for golf operations. In the
future, the clubhouse will connect via a covered walkway to the 1,500 room,
Rosen Shingle Creek Resort Hotel which WELBRO will complete Fall 2006. The
project also included the construction of the Starter building (1,540 s.f.) and
two (2) Comfort Stations (each 480 s.f.) located on the golf course.
