Lake Eva Project was a phased renovation to an existing park along the shores of Lake Eva in Haines City Florida. The scope of work included selective demolition, infrastructure upgrades, landscaping & irrigation, renovation to the existing Community Center and Historic Armory Building, and the addition of multiple building structures. New structures included a Banquet Facility, Aquatic Center with competition lap pool, kids pool with slides and interactive splash toys, Concessions building, Pool rest room and locker room building, Maintenance facility with work area and offices, Bandshell (Amphitheater), Tennis courts, Racquet ball courts, Covered basketball courts, Pro shop, playground equipment, and various rest room and covered picnic structures.
