WELBRO and our JV partner The Pike Company provided preconstruction services and currently providing construction services for the 55,700 sq. ft. gaming facility building, 8, 370 sq.ft paddock building & the Dog track.
This project is a “Green Building Project (LEED)” and the Owner is looking forward to achieve a SILVER LEED certification for this project.
