January 20, 2012, Haines City, FL: Haines City officials broke ground on Thursday, January 19th for the new City Hall and Public Library projects. Mayor Roy Tyler, other city commissioners, staff and dignitaries used ceremonial shovels to mark the beginning of a new City Hall and Public Library, replacing outdated facilities that were built in the 1960s. WELBRO will construct these two buildings with completion scheduled for Fall 2012.
